ABOUT ME

I have been interested and involved in fitness most of my life. Doing gymnastics, working at fitness centers, teaching areobics,......I love it all! But time consuming and exhausting, right? In my search for staying fit mentally and physically I discovered Yoga, WOW! The feeling I had, body and spirit, when I left my first yoga class I knew this was the one! I felt stillness, a quietness in my spirit. I felt closer to God in that stillness. I knew I wanted to share this beautiful experience with others

Drumroll please...... enter Christian Yoga, I trained at Yaweh Yoga and the rest as they say, is history. The name for my yoga business, Tsur, translates: Rock, from Psalm 18:2 "The Lord is my Rock"
